As your construction manager, Izumo acts as your all-around agent throughout the duration of the project; from the design planning, actual construction phase of the project, until the very day that you turn on all the lights in your new or renovated building for the very first time. We manage all the details, from contract administration, construction coordination to project controls.

We deal also with Cost Estimation – Izumo’s ability to deliver the most accurate cost estimates, with early and sketchy information, helping clients establish their budgets. We also protect our client’s interest while keeping attendant fees in bare minimum with Owner Representation Services, inspecting every construction activity and report it back to the client for regular updates. Our construction management also includes Design Phase Schedule, and Construction Phase Schedule, Building Information Modeling, Constructability Reviews, Value Engineering and Facility Assessments.

We manage all the working architects in keeping the project costs down, contacting the best available contractors for the project, working with these contractors to meet to always meet the schedule, processing applications of contractor pays, and speeds up Owner occupancy permits through local and national agencies.

Here in Izumo, we don’t chase every project that comes along. We target those projects for which we have similar experience, as well as highly qualified and available staff.
